We totally understand that while some of our Customers will be “Internet Savvy” – some, will need to have everything explained in detail, and have us do most – or all of the work for them! This is totally normal, and we welcome all levels of expertise and requirements! You cannot be expected to be an expert in Website Design – That’s our job! We are therefore totally committed to Designing and implementing a package that you will be comfortable with, satisfied, and above all within your budget! This is why we offer you two easy ways for you to pay for your website / promotional package. In addition: we want to make sure our Customers make informed decisions, this is why below, we are giving you clear details of the Pros and Cons of our two different Website Design Packages. Please read carefully, and do not hesitate to ask us any questions.
Two Packages to choose from:
Package 1 – (Standard) In our initial meeting, together – we plan and decide on the best design for you and your company. In that or in our second meeting, we will collect a variety of information from you, to help us better understand your company needs, goals and ideas. Within 2 weeks time, we will design your beautiful 4-Page Website. You get to see it first on our private server, approve and/or ask us to make any changes you like – until you are totally satisfied. While we design your beautiful website, we will also design your (1,000) matching High-Quality Business Cards! And voila` you’re on the world-wide-web!
Payment Option 1) Once we decide on a promotional package and a budget that works for you, you make a 50% Deposit, and you pay the balance upon completion!
Pros of this package: With this package, you get ownership of your own website, you get the username as well as the password, and you can do anything you like with it, and you no longer owe us anything! Simply put, this is a one time deal. You hire us for the sole purpose of designing and implementing your chosen package, once published, you own it – we do not!
Cons of this package: Should you need us to make any changes in the future, you will be quoted a for-instance fee! – We will not promote nor market the site for you. – Unless otherwise agreed upon, our sole involvement will consist of Designing the package for you, and once completed, Publishing it on the Web. – Over time, your site will become more and more visible, but this can take several months, and depending upon several factors, and mostly your own involvement in its promotion – even years.
Package 2 – (Custom) In addition to everything in Package-1, You get: 1) Additional Pages for your site (as many as you like*), 2) S.E.O. Search Engine Optimization (To make it easy for customers to find you), 3) Search engine (Google) Promotion/Initial Boost Package (You choose the budget – and the length of time), 4) Matching Facebook Page and initial launch!
Payment option 2) Once we decide on a promotional package and budget that works for you, You will pay us a nominal fee (depending on the level of complexity). You will then RENT the package from us, for an agreed upon – non-variable Monthly Fee!
Pros of this package: With this package, the initial investment (depending on complexity) is usually considerably lower. – Your commitment is only for the initial 12 months, after that, you can stop using our services at any time. – You have no maximum amount of months, you can rent your website for. – We maintain your website for you – we make sure that it is always running.
Cons of this package: You do NOT own your website, you are simply RENTING it from us, for a minimum time of 12 Months, but with no maximum limit. In simpler terms, once you have rented it for the initial 12 months, you can choose to keep on going or stop at any time. – Should you stop making the monthly payments (for any reason) we will shut down your website. – Monthly technical maintenance is our responsibility, should you require any changes, however, there will be a nominal per-instance fee. You will not receive the Username or Password to access the website – you (as well as everyone on the planet) will be able to see it on any device of course, but you will not be able to make any changes to it.
